I like the angle. I'd say try taking that pic again on a day with better lighting, and leave more space at the bottom of the picture. It's cropped too close there.

Soft focus and big, featureless sky are the big problems with this image. If the original photo was sharp, try rescanning it. If it wasn't sharp, I don't think it's fixable.
