While looking at both images that have been shown. Id have to say IMO that Matthew's photo is more catching to the eye. The angle isn't as tight and there are alot more better qualities to the image...

No offense, but I am not seeing any traces of the sun on your subject. Sure there is some light filtering through the clouds and a washed out sky, but as far is the sun is concerned it's not there....
