I think it can be a big deal. You submit a lot and I guess it is not in the scheme of how things are done but a little latitude would go a long way.

Sorry, looks like a lot of bad stuff going on there. I get upset with nit picking very low light images but sunny 16 shots should be very clean. ie no little dots in the sky, sharpening artifacts...

Back in the day I think subjects had to hold their pose for a time. Just to be a ?????, obvious time exposure with train, and fire, not sure some arm and hand motion would be objectionable to me but...
