Like J said Picasa it's a pretty simple program and free. When it first came out it was way simple and you couldn't do much but now they have Picasa3 out and a lot has been added that it didn't have...

I agree with Mike. You need to crop it alittle tighter to get the locomotive out of the center of the photo.
