Andrew, I like the shot. I think if you can substantially tone down the bright green foreground foliage it'll get in. Those weeds in the foreground are yelling "backlit" to the screener.

Bob, I like the first one. I don't think it suffers from being backlit, but rather I see a slight lack of contrast and an opportunity for some creative cropping. The sky is gorgeous, why not crop off...
