It's a going away shot with a lot of dead space at the bottom of the frame. The buildings are cut off behind the train because it is cropped a little too tight. I would give up on getting this one...

Who still rosters U18Bs?

My question really should be if the Pickens is the last railroad with active U18Bs on the roster? I know there was someone that still had a few somewhat recently, but maybe my Google skills are going...

That's a popular spot to shoot trains and upload to RP. They probably expect perfect lighting on this spot and I can't say I fault them. The skykine being in shadows takes the shot down a notch or two
