Overexposed question

Below photo was rejected for being "overexposed". I am trying to learn how to improve my skills as a photographer. Can anyone please offer some insight on what makes this shot "overexposed"?

I think all of those trees have been cut down....

I think all of those trees have been cut down. The shot was taken in the afternoon....so I tried to get light on the trucks. Maybe I can retry this shot later in the the year.
