Needs more sharpening though. :shock: And maybe cut the brightness of the sign by half.

Too dark and undersharpened for starters (corrected in mere seconds with free IrfanView.
The shadow of that tank or whatever it is falls just in the wrong...

One trick I use on a too-prominent sign is to wash it with an appropriate transparent color. The sign would still be there, but far less conspicuous.

1/15 will give you nice blur, but...
