Interesting.

I tend to use a lower exposure and a much higher f stop.

I also seldom go below ISO 200 unless it is cloudy and then I might raise the ISO.

With a moving train I tend to not go...

I would say the ISO 200 and the 1/200 is probably ok unless the train is traveling faster than 50MPH, but shooting something at f-5.6 when you are that far away from the front of it is not going to...
