The tall buildings in the distance of the Flickr photo are not very sharp. Maybe the screener wanted them sharper? Besides that, they all lean left. Could "going away" be another issue?

Just for fun, I googled "mundane railroad pictures". About half the results were better than the shot in the crosshairs! Even a few worth saving.
