It does appear to be leaning right to me, especially when you look at the large building at center right. Try to level with the left edge of that building, i.e. the centre of your shot.

A vertical with way more zoom (if that's possible) would work IMO, i.e. the building that says 'Nuveen' (spelling ?) would be at top left of the frame.

Agree with what everyone has said, in both shots...
Agree with what everyone has said, in both shots the nose is about only half lit and for a standard wedgie rp wants full nose light.

I believe that was the case, and I strongly recommend against that if you want to take photos that are going to be accepted by rp. You really need to concentrate 100% on either still photos or videos...
