If it were mine, I would try cropping out the power lines bring the train and MOW crew up and taking some of the dark off of the sides...getting rid of the obvious part of the tower if it will work...

I was thinking top/left. Although the ballast and weeds aren't that great to look at, they're a better fill than a plain, pale blue sky IMO.

I concur with Troy on the placement. The shadow doesn't really bother me. If you do a re-crop, you have a nasty dust spot on the right edge.
