I think the cloudy/common power rejection needs...

I think the cloudy/common power rejection needs to be 2 separate rejections both are specific to their own issue. Thus eliminating the rejection confusion that creates threads like this one.

Absolutely agree. There is no screening process. While the audience, I suspect is much smaller, I've posted some of my RP rejects and some accepted ones there for the sole reason of RR preservation....
