I think a step backwards, ok maybe two or three, to get the flag in the open spot would help on a better lit shot. I like the lights on the tracks and wires but wongm had it right with the light...

There is more wrong than just that. It needs to be sharper. The colours look good to me but I think you are also backlit (slight shadow is in front of the cars).

I wish I could see this stuff in...
