It is a bit blurry. The numerboards seem a little soft and look at the cab of the second unit. It's not terrible, but noticable.

I haven't had many rare catches myself, but then again I don't have the chance to railfan often. Before Pacific Harbor Line replaced its entire fleet I did manage to grab a shot of this gem though....

The rejections seem right on to me. The last shot may not be exactly backlit, but the light isn't great from where you were standing and it seems a bit unlevel to me.

And Joe, the light was pretty much the same in all my photos of it, since it was there for such a short amount of time.
