That's a good point that I didn't even think of at the time that I took the picture. I'll have to keep in mind to watch out for poles or other misc. things in the background that could be distracting...

Well I messed around with the filter a bit more after reading some info on the Unsharp Mask filter. Here's what I ended up with. Let me know what you guys think of the new version.

I tried to sharpen it in Photoshop and it does seem to help out a little bit but when I sharpen the image there seems to be quite a bit of "noise" that is added to the image.
