It's not just along the top where there is weird...
It's not just along the top where there is weird cloning going on. Above the gray box to the left, directly ahead of the locomotive, there is a lot of weird artifacts.

Don't forget that when things like that happen, you can stick around and take another shot in the exact same shot after the truck has passed and then combine the two images in Photoshop.
