Apparently you can put some script in the COMMENTS of a picture to get this cool error message.

And the icing on the cake is some screener allowed it, rubber stamping comments apparently...

A lot of serious accidents could have been prevented if the train wasn't going grossly over maximum authorized speed for the location too... there's been a lot of these in the past couple of years

Those type of shots are pretty difficult. I have done a couple of them, and shooting at a super wide-angle on full frame with lots of verticals in the near-ground it's pretty hard to keep everything...
