I'll wait till the 30Ds successor. My 10D is still cutting it, and with these new shutter springs...it will last a little while longer. :)

Consider the Canon EF 300mm f/4L IS USM... $1100. There are a number of users here that have this lens (myself included) and have been nothing but impressed. It's practically glued to my 10D.
