Ok yes, my tripod was a bit close. I used a remote for the 30-second exposure and stood behind the gate, on the sidewalk.

Alright, thank you! I'll see what I can do. Hopefully the train will come later next time I'm up there. That's really the only train to run north (or East) at that time of the night.
