I found how to post the rejected pictures. Blurry has been used twice. The original looks good to me (Flicker is the original). The photo at the rejected photo looks bad. What is happening?

They say use the "thirds"...Can I divide the photo into thirds...Sections: 1,2,3...4,5,6...7,8,9. Keep the center of interest out of #5. Didn't I do this?
