The sky is way to blue and some of the cars along with the locomotives
have a blueish tint to them.
I would either start over or tone it way down.

I'd crop about a inch on the left stop sign on the right take it out and almost
to the ties on the bottom. I think everything else looks good.

It might get rejected here but if it was sitting in a print bin at a
