Still don't know what was wrong

My photo was rejected ... but with no comments as to why. When I appealed I questioned why it was rejected and after some time my appeal was rejected, but I still don't know why.

I didn't realize I could crop by pixel - so I've changed my PSE to allow that. I appreciate the pixel ranges I can work with.
