This picture was rejected with "Composition (Balance): The subject is awkwardly positioned in the frame." reason

So, I have make appeal with this explanation:
"I don't understood the rejection reason, picture explanation talk about the station location and tracks and not about the right lower train ! This train is not the subject of the picture and is only present in global picture composition."

Second one have been rejected with "overexposed" reason:

What's your opinion ?
