No offence, but it really doesnt seem like the kind of photo you can do alot for.. It came out a bit blurry, and some harsh lighting (sky is too bright, but you can't fix that without killing the train's lighting).. I'd retake it if possible, seems like common power. Use a tripod, it'll cut down on the blur. Also, if possible, try to use manual focus so your camera doesn't focus on the snow.
