How close together did you submit both pics? Normally pics this similar, especially at first glance, get the "similar as previous" rejection. The accepted shot has a bit of blur on the front of the loco where as the rejected pic does not. The wrong pic got accepted in that respect. The rejected pic is RP worthy. Try again after this post is forgotten about or maybe submit it as a color pic....JMHO
