That's why our hobby is a challenge...I could shoot all the best railroad photography locations in the US and Canada, but a lot of those shots would produce a yawn from most railroad and non-railroad photographers without a train in it to provide a sense of "excitement". Unless there is a train in the shot, it should be a "vista" shot of something VERY scenic, or maybe a detail shot to make the cut. Not a bad picture by any means, but it's the equivalent of shooting a roster shot of a diesel locomotive, it is a roster shot of a railroad line.
