I recomend checking out because they are a website dedicated to railroads in the Southern California area which includes Tehachapi. I was able to find a link on their website all about Tehachapi which includes maps, Radio Frequencies, photo hot spots, and a timetable. The link shows all of the Mojave Sub, however the Tehachapi Line is only between Bakersfield and Mojave.
