First impressions -

1) The high tension tower is not doing you any favors jutting up there - would be nice to have a composition without it.

2) A shot like this might benefit from more symmetry - ie; shooting perpendicular to the scene - vs more of an off angle going away with no start of finish.

3) Train a bit centered top to bottom in the scene.

Not sure what can be "fixed" - though my thoughts would follow two directions -

1) Go much wider to imply the openness of the scene - or the length of the train, or...

2) Crop tight to really "focus" the scene - ei; perhaps, two cars and the sun cropped with more sky and less foreground.
