Yes, ignore the letter of the rule, what they mean is the composition is off. (To them)

The wide angle lens distortion is making the shot about buffers, not the contents of the museum.

Do you have Lightroom? Use the Lens Correction and Transform modules to bring the chimney forward and shove the buffers back. If you have PS, do lens corrections there.

Get rid of the distortion and then I think the screener will give his blessing.
