Do you have Lightroom? Use the Lens Correction and Transform modules to bring the chimney forward and shove the buffers back. If you have PS, do lens corrections there.

Get rid of the distortion and then I think the screener will give his blessing.
Thanks Dennis. I used another exposure, took your advice and then resubmitted. It was accepted this time.
