I'm in the same situation as you Mike, shooting fall colors under mostly cloudy/rainy skies. Get yourself some Fuji Velvia 100F and I think you will be really pleased with the results you get. Its been my winter and poor condition film ever since it came out. It really gives the colors a nice punch on those dreary days which would be rather bland if I was just shooting Provia that day. The Ektachrome E100VS isn't a bad film either, very similar to the Velvia 100F and will provide the extra color punch when you need it.
