You didn't add a link to a "rejection page", which I suspect we would not be able to see anyway. You added a link to one of the five rejections.

Cropping is not something you "stop", cropping is something you "do". If you are not doing adjustments in software - and if you don't have any technology at all, don't bother with RP - then you need to frame the shot properly when taking the picture. (Cropping is the term for changing the framing in software.)

To learn proper framing in general terms, to build your knowledge base, look at lots and lots of RP shots and read some books on photography.
