I agree regarding the reason, but due to the distance from the train, it is hardly noticeable and does not detract from the photo. FWIW, I had a "newsworthy" photo rejected for the same reason two weeks ago:

The tree couldn't be seen until I processed the photo. I just said screw it and posted it on Flickr.
