Have you tried something other than a small north american photography centered rail board, something good at finding information, such as....say...google?

If you would like to seach at Google you have to know some thing, some information about this loco, we do not know about this untill NAME.

In Vietnam not so much information about locomotive upload to Internet as in America. We've just open website about railways but lack of information so we have to ask all website.

In Vietnam we have some D9E diesel locomotives (origin GE-U8B), you can see here http://daumaytoaxe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=815 . If any member here can help us to find some more GE locomotive will be good for us. THANKS

Could you not find a builder plate or stampings on any of the locomotive parts?
