Default Cropping help needed

How can I keep the rocks of Sullivans Curve and the snow covered peak without making the height to narrow or is it a case of you can have one but not the other?

Thanks for the advice!

I think you have to crop some of the rock out and some off of the right and top of the frame.

Do you have more foreground in the original that you could substitute for less plain sky which would allow you to keep the rocks?

Are you thinking of cutting out the jet stream in the sky and just including that whispy cloud above the snowy peak? Crop from that boundary and then include whatever foreground you need to get to the minimum height requirement?

Exactly what I am thinking. I like the rocks, but the solid blue, plain sky, not so much.

I have recropped the picture. Since I am only allowed 2 uploads per day, I will have to wait 'till tomorrow to resubmit. If the screeners find something else wrong then I will forget it.

I wish the screeners would list everything that is wrong with the first reject. It gets annoying when you think you have it corrrected only to see it rejected again for another reason especially when you've maxxed out your allotted uploads for the day.

That's it for that picture. I don't have clue what they what. I've used my limit of uploads (2) for the day re-submitting previous photos.

This one also got a bad cropping after first getting dinged for underexposure and then dinged for for undersharpened.

Why can't the screener(s) tell that all to you in the first rejection?
