To me, it's a nifty technical trick, flash + streak, but isn't much of a photograph. What is the point? What is the story? What are you trying to illustrate? To my eye, it's just a mishmash of weird stuff, half a logo, a number, some safety stripes, some headlight and numberboard streaks, the "C", all jumbled together.

Agreed... good effort though, just didn't yield a very interesting result.

It illustrates speed and motion, obviously.

Good technically speaking, but what are you trying to accomplish? You definitely have the technical side of things down, but the composition and overall point of the shot needs some more thought in my opinion. Try to tell a story with your shots, rather than showing off a nifty technique. You have quite a few good shots that do indeed tell an interesting story, but this one just doesn't fit the bill. Just be sure to look at the whole picture next time, think carefully about what you're trying to show, and ask yourself, "What is the point of this shot?". I will admit, I all too often fall in this trap too (though I'm hoping the new lenses I ordered will help motivate me more). Just look at the bigger picture, and you'll be fine...
