Default Foreground clutter???

I just don't understand the rejection reason. I specifically made comments to the screener that I was shooting the MOW vehicle and personell. That two BNSF intemodals happened to be in the frame was a bonus! Is it because I identified the lead loco that I am getting the foreground clutter. If the MOW wasn't there, there was no way I was submitting this because there is no nose light on the common power lead engine.

I have appealed for that exact reason.

obviously the MOW stuff is the subject. how can it be clutter. PEQ if you don't like it, not foreground clutter.

Might have been a mis-click because it's oversharpened to eleven.

Not to pile on...but I would also say the screener hit the wrong rejection box. It's way, way oversharpened. There might have been a good composition here, but I'm not sure you nailed it. Sorry.
