Default Cropping Help

I would never have thought this would've got rejected for bad cropping, I was slightly afraid it might get rejected for "subject too far away". I'm not much of a cropping expert, what did I do wrong here when framing this (I didn't actually crop any of it)?

Try cropping out some of the foreground, to the left of the "do not enter" sign, and to the right of the tunnel. However, keep in mind that the photo is on the dark side.

I would consider cropping out some of the sky. The photo will be a little cleaner without all of the cables above.

I sent you an email with my attempt at cropping your photo.
