Default Bad contrast - too much or too little?

This shot copped a bad contrast rejection. There was plenty of dust in the air, would that have anything to with it? Comments please!

Too little. I'd increase the contrast, as the image is currently a little flat.

More. Would be a lot nicer if the locomotives headlights were on, but that's out of your control.

Agree with the two above me. More contrast. Right now, te image looks gray. If you up the contrast, it sould take care of that.
