Default This is where the frustration comes from...

So I had what I thought was a neat shot, but not 100% sure how RP would look at it, but I liked it enough to go ahead and upload it...

Rejected - but only for being underexposed.

OK, cool I can live with that. It was late evening sun, but it could be a little brighter. I only have 3 uploads a night so I have to be very judicious, but since it was only nabbed for underexposed, I figured easy fix. So I fix it and re-upload a few minutes later along with a note to the screener that I adjusted exposure.

Rejected - Bad cropping.

If the original shot was nabbed for bad cropping, (I can live with it - it's their taste, I happen to love the shot for myself) I never would have bothered to re-upload it and waste my last shot for the night. The inconsistencies are aggravating, but the fact that they have me limited to only 3 shots coupled with their inconsistencies is what is really frustrating. If I had a few more uploads available tonight it wouldn't be as annoying.

It can be frustrating. I've gone through 3 or 4 rejections for correctable reasons, only to have a shot rejected for PEQ or similar issue that is not correctable. Unfortunately there's not much you can do about it. One possibility is that the shot was screened by two different screeners; the first seeing only the exposure as the issue and the second deciding that the cropping was the problem.

Their taste vary, Its just a big guess on who's on to. Do what I do fix it after a day or two and don't let it bother you. 1 you wont get them all on and in time may figure out a new fix for it. or reshoot it.

I would assume that he might have sent a flaming email or message to the site. I went through his recent posts and they do come off a bit like "My shots are great, RP is *wrong* for not accepting them. Lets bash RP!" . But nothing too direct, harsh, or bashing. That would be my guess. There's a bunch of new guys like this, on that fine line of bashing RP but not quite saying it directly or getting out of hand. I'm afraid we're going to see more bans from these new folks. I hope the "new guys" settle down a bit, the attitude around here caused by them make me think of middle school all over again, childish.
