Congrats!

Did they call you out of the blue? Did you submit them a picture, with its previous acceptance on RP being a measure of quality? Did they contact you and then they are publishing a different image? Do tell!

Congrats! To answer your alls question, back in June when R&R contacted me to use my Byesville RR shot's they e-mailed me through Railpictures.

Walter pretty much summed it up. Walt from R&R emailed me after seeing the pic on this site and asked if they could use for their news section. Here is the pic:

Congrats Jim - I got a similar request way back for an image I posted on another site via Walt - he's a really nice person to work with, I didn't realize he browsed through RP.

So, I guess your September photo will be in December's "news" section ; )

I'll keep my eye open for it, it's a nice photo to use - sharp and nicely captured, ie, perfect for the news section as it is well lit and you can admire the new livery.
