Default Bad Color and Bad Contrast

http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...&key=181083888

Rejected for bad contrast and bad color. Is the contrast too much or too little? Can this picture be fixed?

Thanks

Interesting reasons given.

What I see is really bad image quality, probably arising from (considerably?) excessive sharpening. And big-time jaggies.

On second look it does appear to be rather oversharpened. I reduced the sharpening and adjusted the color a little and got it accepted - http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=220460. Thanks.
