Default Bad Cropping

Any idea how I should crop this?

It feels too weighted down on the lower right corner. The train sits too close to the edge of the frame, and leaves the left side of the image as a distracting nothing, if you get what I'm saying .

Maybe it's because the tracks are cut off on the right side of the frame? Try adding them back in (that would also force the lead unit more to the rule of thirds).
