Sorry AC, I'm gonna say no. Cloudy, blurry, and it looks overprocessed. The train is also cut off, something they usually frown on here.

Stacey Road just west of Newtonville, I know that spot well, prehaps I'll bump into you out there sometime.

The main issue with that photo is how soft it is - I think your camera probably didn't focus correctly. At that distance you should practically be able to count the links in the chain between the handrails above the front coupler - in your shot it looks like a rope.

The light situation there isn't the greatest either, generally for a straight forward shot like that you want direct sunlight shining on the train.

Keep trying.

One further point, if you go to this location again, try to place the signal on the right hand side and capture the train just before it reaches the signal, like this

On that note, there are a few little trees that should be removed to open the shot up. I find the location too tight and rarely shoot there, though working that signal in as WempYard mentioned may help. Might I suggest that you move a little west and shoot CP around Nicholls Road and Newtonville Road or a little east at Dickinson Road... nice views there of westbound in the afternoon.
