Default Your Daily Dose of Bad Cropping

I'm familiar with bad cropping rejections all too well, it almost seems like a cop-out rejection, but that remains to be seen. Either way, I'd like to have some insight on some cropping suggestions.

the first one is top heavy, you need more on the bottom, or cut some on the top. I would have cut a little off the right too

the second one, throw in the garbage, shouldnt have submitted it

the third one is interesting and a good attempt, but needs more room on top

Ashland's a nice place where you can re-attempt any of these shots any day of the week, so go forth and try again

Would this be a better fit for that 3rd photo?

The photos all look quite noisy to me, that might be an issue farther down the line.
