Default SEDA-COG railroads (North Shore) changing operator

The SEDA-COG railroads in Pennsylvania, which are presently operated by the North Shore Railroad and affiliates, will be changing operators to Carload Express soon. The North Shore operations have been popular with fans over the years for painting their locomotives in historic schemes, most notably the Erie Lackawana colors.

Carload Express presently operates the Allegheny Valley, Southwest Pennsylvania, Delmarva Central, and the Ohio Terminal railroads.

Carload won the operating contract over a year ago, but it has been tied up in litigation ever since. Looks like the legal battle is finally over.

Does North Shore have any lines remaining after this change?

NSHR does not have any other lines outside of the SEDA-COG operation at present. I haven't seen any subsequent news stories stating such, but a spokesperson for the NSHR took to social media to proclaim all this ruling does is kick the dispute back down to a lower court and this case will be going on "for a long time to come."

The linked news story certainly didn't indicate that, as I read it. I'm not sure what to believe at this point. But if you're in the neighborhood, a visit to the NSHR certainly would be in order.

This Progressive Railroading news story certainly doesn't seem to indicate any avenue for the NSHR to continue operating the SEDA-COG lines, either:
