Default Leveling help

I am having difficulty deciding what to align with my ruler tool in the following photograph. Initially I aligned with the vertical bar in the middle of the signal but I can't decide if I should try the train itself, a power line in the background, or the horizontal bars of the signal. Any suggestions?

You're using a wide angle lens? Your best bet seems to be to align the signal tower to vertical then cropping from the left to make the optical distortion less apparent.

It's leaning to the right.

Foreground clutter is up next.

To level, pick some vertical in the middle of the image. The front edge of the second unit would be prefect for this image Then even slight leaning on the sides will be acceptable.
