This is for Chuck and Ween, I forgot to post this link in my previous post. I don't know if you've ever heard of him but David Plowden is a semi-famous photographer whose style I'm currently mimicking for my AP photo class. He took a lot of amazing photos of steam in the '50s. Look under the Photographs-Railroads to see his steam shots:www.davidplowden.com.

Ditto here.
I like both diesel and steam, though with a bias towards the former. Anything very modern though is usually given a wide berth, especially when it comes to photography, though I will admit to trying my digital camera out when new on the constant (boring) procession of Virgin Pendolinos on my local line.
