Rotate slightly CCW until the front door is vertical.

Yes, it needs to be rotated -0.6 CCW. I think it's too warm as well. I reduced color temperature -27 with Windows editor. The branches may or may not be a problem.

I didn't see any foamers out there at all this weekend. That said, it is level for the location, it's on a grade and a tight curve at that location. The freeway bridge the same. I shot an eastbound at this specific spot on Saturday. Pretty slow weekend out there. I will admit we blew off the later afternoon to watch the second half and O/T U of O and U of W football game at Barley Browns in Baker City.
